Pick a size, pick what you need. Every shoot includes a marketing license for the owner or listing broker.
Photography Interiors and exteriors, HDR-finished, shot plumb and lit so the space reads the way it does in person. Includes your marketing license for the property — website, leasing collateral, CoStar and LoopNet.
iGuide Scan A lidar scan producing a 3D tour, a dimensioned floor plan, and verified square footage accurate to within about 1%. CAD-ready exports available for space planners. Out-of-state buyers can walk the asset without a flight.
Both One site visit, both deliverables, priced under the pair. The version most brokers end up wanting once they've seen what the scan does for a leasing conversation.
Suite-heavy floor plates can price into the next band — forty offices take longer than an open warehouse twice the size. Campus, multi-building, and unusual-access sites are quoted directly. You'll get a number, not a discovery call.

Founder John Versical spent years in construction, real estate, and television before turning the camera solely on buildings. Broadcast credits include HGTV, TLC, Discovery, and CNN. All of our photographers are FAA Part 107 certified, fully insured with certificates on request.

DELIVERY & ACCESS
Standard delivery is two business days for photography. iGuide floor plans and tours follow within three to five, depending on complexity. Rush is available.
We carry commercial general liability and can send a certificate of insurance to your property manager or building ownership before the shoot.
We can coordinate directly with building management to obtain access details, and in many cases you don't need to be there.
FAQs
How much does commercial real estate photography cost in St. Louis?

Photography runs $475 for a single-tenant retail space or office suite up to $1,295 for industrial and large-format properties. Bundled with an iGuide scan, most properties land between $825 and $2,425. Campus and multi-building sites are quoted per site.
Can my architect or contractor use the photos?
Yes, with their own license — half the photography fee per party. Your price covers the owner or listing broker marketing the property. Anyone else publishing the images for their own portfolio or promotion licenses separately. We'll set it up before the shoot if you know who'll want them.

Are the floor plans BOMA-compliant?
No, and you shouldn't use them that way. iGuide floor plans are marketing documents with verified dimensions — typically within 1% on square footage, which is accurate enough that buyers and tenants can rely on them for space planning. But BOMA rentable and usable area is a different standard with its own methodology. For lease area calculation, use a measurement professional.

How fast do I get everything?
Photography in two business days. iGuide tours and floor plans within three to five. Rush available for 25%.

Do you carry insurance?
Yes, commercial general liability. We'll send a certificate to building management ahead of the shoot.

Do I need to be on site?
No. Send the access details and we'll coordinate with the property manager or building engineer directly.
